What are your hobbies or interests?

Outside of dentistry, I love going for long runs to clear my mind and stay active. I’ve recently picked up golfing again and am enjoying the challenge. I also have a guitar that’s been waiting patiently — I’m hoping to finally learn to play it soon!

What’s your favorite snack or guilty pleasure (and how do you keep your teeth healthy after)?

Diet Coke — guilty pleasure! I give myself the same advice I share with patients: enjoy it in one sitting, not slowly throughout the day. It’s all about balance and smart choices!

If you weren’t a dentist, what would you be doing?

I would definitely be a stay-at-home mom!
